HSIUNG STUDIO (the "Studio") provides the following notice under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. Please read it before submitting an enquiry.
1. Purpose of collection
Handling class enquiries, contacting you to confirm class arrangements, and managing class capacity and attendance.
2. Categories of personal data collected
Contact name, gender, one contact method (phone, LINE ID or email), the class you enquired about, and any notes you provide.
3. Period, area, recipients and methods of use
From collection until your enquiry is fully handled (unconfirmed enquiries are anonymized after at most 12 months); used only in Taiwan, only by the Studio, stored encrypted, and used solely for contacting you and class administration.
4. Your rights
Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act you may request access, copies, supplements, corrections, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal data via the contact below.
